Learn. Teach. Do. This performance philosophy where one must first learn concepts, then master material well enough to teach it to others before being entrusted to act defines the ethos of excellence that underpinned the early careers of each of the Matterhorn Coaches founders. In the financial markets where amounts are significant and decisions must be made with little hesitation, the stakes are high enough to merit such an approach. This shared DNA originated at O’Connor Associates, a derivatives boutique that altered the landscape of options trading in its early days and continued at Swiss Bank Corporation which acquired O’Connor and later merged with UBS. Lasting benefits accrued to those lucky enough to be a part of this culture of continuous improvement, constant learning and collaboration. Sadly, this is an increasingly rare occurrence. That is why we founded Matterhorn Coaches.
